Job Title: Coach In Training CIT

Locations: New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Massachusetts

Pay Rate: $18 - $20 per hour

High School: Freshman, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors.

Junior Coach for Sports Power Clean Energy will support the creation and delivery of educational programs aimed at building a skilled clean energy workforce and strengthening supply chain knowledge within the sports sector. This role involves assisting in program development, coordinating training sessions, and providing direct support to participants seeking career pathways in clean energy. The Junior Coach will work closely with the Senior Coach and contribute to the growth of educational initiatives and opportunity pathways. A background in clean energy, education, or sports management, along with strong organizational skills and a passion for workforce development, is important for this role.

Minimum Requirement: 2 years of sports and/or education experience

The Senior Coach for Sports Power Clean Energy will design and lead comprehensive educational programs focused on clean energy workforce development and supply chain management within the sports industry. This role involves strategizing and implementing training initiatives, developing partnerships with industry stakeholders, and overseeing educational pathways to enhance career opportunities in clean energy. The Senior Coach will mentor junior staff and ensure that educational programs align with industry needs and sustainability goals. Strong leadership, advanced knowledge of clean energy systems, and experience in workforce development are essential for success in this position.

Locations: New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Massachusetts

Pay Rate: $28 - 30 per hour

Minimum Requirement: 5 years of sports and/or education experience

Sports Power Clean Energy Senior Coaches will oversee the implementation of clean energy workforce, supply chain and sports education programs for youth and adults. This role involves coordinating educational initiatives, managing Coaches and Coaches In Training (CIT), and ensuring effective delivery of training and career development opportunities. Senior Coaches will support strategic planning and operational tasks, working closely with Directors and Managers to align programs with industry needs and sustainability objectives. Strong project management skills, a background in clean energy or sports management, and a commitment to workforce development are essential for this position.
